Twist the twisting lock at the base of the electronic foot file to unlock the battery compartment. 2. - Page 4 Using the Electric Foot File Install batteries, remove the plastic cover from the top of the electric foot file, and power ON. Holding the handle, gently press the roller to the dead skin you want to remove. Slowly file away the skin. Use the coarse grinding roller for thicker skin, and the fine grinding roller for less abrasive filing.
