ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Unpack the knee scooter from the box and remove all protective packaging. HANDLEBAR TUBING LIFT 2. Lift the handlebar tubing up so that it is in an upright vertical postion. LEVER LIFT LOCK NOTCH 3A. To lock the handlebar tubing in place, first 3B.
