    watch menus My Fitness From My Fitness menu, you can track your steps, calories burnt, active Multisport time, and your day's sleep. You can also tap on the screen to view 24 hour activity data and even change your goals right from the watch.

    App Functions Dashboard App's dashboard displays your current day's record of sleep, steps and multisports. The status of the active tasks for the current day is shown here.
