    EG-4 ZONE HEAD LEGS AND BUTTOCKS ABDOMEN ARMS RECOMMENDED TREATMENT DURATION Apply a 2-3 minute massage on the abdomen and a 5 minute massage on the legs and buttocks. You may establish the duration of the massage depending on your sensitivity. The total treatment must be approximately 15 minutes.
