    ASSEMBLY Standard Installation Position of Frame Support Considering frame strength, installation position of frame support is determined as follows. Standard installation interval (mm) 400 (150 min.) 1200 or less Caution When Setting up Conveyor 1. Install full length of frame straight, not bent in any place. 2.
  • Page 9 Installing Control Unit If control unit is delivered in separate packaging, install it as follows: Control unit consists of main body and attachment bracket. (in the same package) There are 5 ways to combine and install them as shown in figure below. NOTE: If attached bolts (M6, 15 bolts) are too short/long to install, separately purchase appropriate ones.

    RUNNING THE CONVEYOR 4-1. BE SURE TO GROUND MACHINE BEFORE OPERATION 100V single-phase power source Ground earth terminal (green) of power cable plug. 200V single/three-phase power source Ground earth terminal (green) of power cable. 4-2. STARTING CONVEYOR NOTE: Be sure to combine controller with specified motor. Before starting conveyor, make sure that it is grounded.
  • Page 11 Starting and Stopping the Conveyor by External Signals When starting and stopping the conveyor frequently in a short period (tact operation etc.), it is impossible to start and stop the machine by turning on/off the power supply. (Brushless-motor variable-speed type is different from speed controller’s, and the power supply will trip.) In this case be sure to start and stop the machine by external signals.
  • Page 12 Caution When Using Brushless-motor 1. Be sure to confirm that the power source voltage is within the rated voltage range, before switching ON the power source. (Voltage exceeding the rated voltage could cause fuming, abnormal noise, etc.) 2. Be sure to start and stop the conveyor with RUN/STAND-BY switch. When starting and stopping the conveyor frequently in a short period (tact operation etc.), it is impossible to start/stop the machine by turning on/off the power supply.

    BELT ALIGNMENT ADJUSTMENT Belt occasionally deviates depending on the way of carrying materials, installation condition, environment, etc. When belt is not correctly aligned, make adjustment as follows: Check if full length of frame is level on top, straight and not bent in any place. If necessary, correct frame condition to solve belt deviation.
