  • Page 12 Installation (Remove Cabinet) Step 1: • Remove all transport packaging materials from the cabinet. • Remove the front grille by pulling it on its top. Step 2: • Remove the air filter by pulling it at the bottom edge.
  • Page 13 Step 3: • Remove the 4 front screws. NOTICE Keep this screws. They will be needed later during reassembly. Step 4: • Remove the front panel by pulling it on its bottom edge and then by moving it upwards.
  • Page 14 Step 5: • Disconnect the front panel from the main unit. Press the connector from the top and carefully disconnect both parts. Step 6: • Remove the transport fixing screws from the top of the cabinet. If there are any other screws at the sides so remove them too. NOTICE These screws are not needed any longer.
  • Page 15 Step 7: • Pull the main unit out of the cabinet. Pull it at the grip in the middle of the bottom edge. Step 8: • Remove all transport packaging materials from the inner main unit. Cut through the cable ties with scissors.
  • Page 16 Installation (Top Rail and Side Bracket) • Remove the anti-adhesive paper from the top rail foam (G). Stick the foam to the bottom of the top rail (I) with matching the holes of both parts. • Fix the top rail (I) and the side brackets (F) from the inner of the cabinet by using 10 screws (S).

  • Page 19 Installation (Wooden Window) • Place the cabinet centered on the window sill. The bottom rail needs to be placed against the window sill’s offset. • Close the window against the top rail (I). • Fix the cabinet with 2 screws (P). NOTICE We recommend to pre-drill the holes prior screwing in the screws.
  • Page 20 Installation (Vinyl -Clad Window) • Place 2 safety locks (R) into the holes located in the bottom of the cabinet and fix them with 2 screws and nuts (T). • Shift cabinet left or right as needed to line up the center of the cabinet on the center line marked on the inner sill.
  • Page 21 Step 2: • Hold each support bracket (L) flush against the outside of the sill, and tight to the bottom of the cabinet. Mark the brackets at the top level of the sill and remove them again. Step 3: • Assemble the sill bracket (M) to the support bracket (L) at the marked position by using the flat head screw and nut (N).
  • Page 22 Step 4: • Fix both support brackets (L) to the cabinet by using the screws and nuts (O). Step 5: 1 1/4" - 1 1/8 " (32 – 41 mm) • The cabinet must be tilted at the back, to ensure a proper drain of condensation water or rain water.
  • Page 23 Installation (Extend Accordion Shutter) Step 1: • Carefully open the window to get access to the fixing screws. • Loosen the fixing screws (Q) of the accordion shutters (D,E). • Extend the accordion shutter to the window frame. • Not shown: Use the strips of the weather stripping (C) to close any leaking points.
