HOW TO USE
To reduce the risk of electric shock, this appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install the proper outlet. Do not change the plug in any way.
Make sure switch is in the OFF position. Place the unit on an even, solid floor.
Filling the Unit:
- Before filling with water, make sure that the unit is not plugged in.
- Fill the unit to the fill line with water at the desired temperature.
- The water level indicator on the inside of the footbath (maximum filling level of approximately 2 quarts) should not be exceeded.
- For all settings, the appliance should always be filled with water.
Switching the Unit On:
- Connect the appliance to the electrical source.
- Sit down and then place your feet in the footbath.
- Always place your feet in the footbath or remove them from the bath while in a sitting position.
- Never use the appliance in a standing position or stand up in the unit, as too much pressure will cause the unit to crack.

NOTES FOR OPERATION
The Smart Heat feature avoids a rapid cooling down of the water. It is NOT suitable for heating cold water. For warm water massage, you must begin with water at the desired temperature.
For all settings, the appliance should always be filled with water.

- Refreshing bubbles in the water caress the feet gently and massage the skin.
- Ten minutes daily is sufficient to feel refreshed. The length of the massage and the frequency of use can be increased if necessary.

DO NOT allow the footbath to run continuously for longer than 20 minutes. Switch it off and allow the appliance to cool down to room temperature.

NOTE: Helen of Troy L.P. does not have an authorized service center. However, if this appliance is still under warranty, return it to the Helen of Troy Consumer Service Department for replacement. - DO NOT carry this appliance by supply cord or use cord as a handle.
- Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
- Never operate the appliance with the air openings blocked. Keep the air openings free of lint, hair, and the like.
- Never drop or insert any object into any opening.
- DO NOT use outdoors.
- DO NOT operate where aerosol (spray products) are being used or where oxygen is being administered.
- To disconnect, turn control to the off position, then remove plug from outlet.
- Use heated surfaces carefully. May cause serious burns. DO NOT use over insensitive skin areas or in the presence of poor circulation. The unattended use of heat by children or incapacitated persons may be dangerous.
- DO NOT stand on or in the appliance. Use only while seated.
- Never use while sleeping or drowsy.
- Unplug this product before filling. Fill with water only. DO NOT overfill.
- DO NOT operate without water.
- DO NOT handle plug with wet hands.

SERVICING OF DOUBLE-INSULATED PRODUCTS
In a double-insulated product, two systems of insulation are provided instead of grounding. No grounding means is provided on a double-insulated product, nor should a means for grounding be added to the product. Servicing a double-insulated product requires extreme care and knowledge of the system, and should be done only by qualified service personnel. Replacement parts for a double-insulated product must be identical to the parts they replace. A double-insulated product is marked with the words "DOUBLE INSULATION" or "DOUBLE INSULATED." The symbol "
" may also be marked on the product.
Product Care and Maintenance
- Place footbath in a safe, cool and dry place when not in use.
- Wipe with a soft, damp cloth. DO NOT use abrasive cleaner. Never submerge the unit in any liquid. Keep away from all solvents and harsh detergents.
- DO NOT attempt to repair this foot spa. There are no user-serviceable parts.
- Use the four "feet" on the outside of the tub bottom for cord wrap / storage.
ROLLING MASSAGERS
By moving your foot back and forth over rollers, you can enjoy a soothing massage over the entire sole of your foot.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Before emptying and cleaning, switch the appliance off and remove the plug from the electrical source. DO NOT immerse the appliance in water.
- Hold the appliance on the sides of the unit and pour the water out.
- Rinse the unit with water and a mild cleaning liquid and dry, especially after the use of bath oils.
- DO NOT use any abrasive liquids or detergents.
Limited 24-month Warranty
This appliance is warranted against defects in material or workmanship for 24 months from date of purchase. Any problems arising from misuse, attempts at repair, dropping or extreme wear are not covered by this warranty.
