How to connect two Octave 2 speakers with one device at the same time?

1. If you have already paired an Octave 2 with your device first unpair it by going to the Bluetooth discovery list and tap Mivi Octave 2 to disconnect.
2. Turn the second speaker on.
3. Press & Hold the MFB button on any one speaker for 5 seconds to connect both the Octave 2 together.
   
   
4. Search for Mivi Octave 2 in the Bluetooth discovery list and tap to connect.
5. Now both speakers are connected for you to enjoy true wireless sound.
   

How to disconnect TWS?

1. If the speakers are in TWS mode they will automatically pair to each other when they are powered on.
2. To disconnect press the MFB button for 2 seconds.
   

How to Answer and End Incoming calls?

Short press the MFB button to ANSWER an incoming call.
Short press the MFB button to END the call.

How to Re-dial the last number?

Double press the MFB button to call the last dialed number.

How to Ignore Incoming calls?

Press & Hold the MFB for 1 second to ignore an incoming call.

How to Play/Pause music?

When the music is playing, press the MFB button to pause and press it again to resume playing.

How to control the volume?

1. Press the Volume Down (-) button to decrease the volume.
2. Press the Volume Up (+) button to increase it.

How to Skip to the Previous/Next track?

1. Long Press & Hold the Volume Up (+) button to play the NEXT track.
2. Long Press & Hold the Volume Up (-) button to play the PREVIOUS track.

How to power ON/OFF?

1. Press & Hold the power button for 3 seconds until the LED glows blue and voice prompt says 'Power ON.'
2. Press & Hold the power button for 3 seconds until the LED glows blue and voice prompt says 'Power OFF.'

How to connect a device?

1. Turn your Octave 2 on.
2. Press & Hold the power button for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. The LED blinks blue.
   
3. Search for "Mivi Octave 2" in the Bluetooth discovery list and tap to connect.
4. The LED will glow blue if it has successfully connected.
   
   Your Octave 2 will auto reconnect to your device if you have paired it earlier.

How do I play songs from my memory card?

1. Insert the memory card in the MicroSD port.
2. Turn on your Octave 2.
3. After the Octave 2 turns on, press the Power button to toggle between Bluetooth and Memory card.

How do I play songs using my Aux cable?

1. Power on your Octave 2.
2. Plug in one end of the Aux cable in the Octave 2 and the other in a compatible device.
3. Now you can play music from your device using the Octave 2.

How do I reset my Octave 2?

Hold the power button for 6 seconds to automatically reset power button the speaker and turn it off.

How to charge the Octave 2?

1. When the battery in Octave 2 is running low you will hear the voice prompt "Low Battery" and the LED will glow solid red.
2. Plug the type C charging cable connected to a DC 5V 0.5A or 1A adapter into the USB port.
3. The LED will turn off when fully charged.
   To ensure optimum play time and safe charging for your Octave 2 please make sure you use certified chargers and cables.

How to Claim Mivi Warranty?

Mivi Octave 2 is covered with 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. In case you would like to claim warranty please send an email with details of the issue you are facing and order information to the Mivi support email: support@mivi.in

Do's and Dont's

To ensure safe operation and warranty coverage, please adhere to the following rules:

1. Do not drop, disassemble, open, crush, bend, puncture or burn the Octave 2 as any kind of physical damage is not covered under warranty.
2. Do not place it close to any heat source (such as radiators, heating equipment, stoves, or other heat-generating equipment).
3. Before wiping with a dry cloth, switch it off and unplug the power cord from the power outlet.
