- NOTE: The Pantel TV may take up to 20 seconds to start up. - There are various ways of setting up the Pantel Outdoor weatherproof TV. Make sure that the TV power is turned off when connecting any cables. - Page 8 - Connect S-Video cable from any source with a corresponding output to your Pantel TV’s S- Video port on the rear of the unit. - Connect the Red and white RCA cables from the source to your Pantel TV’s red and white audio ports within the S-Video bay.
- Page 9 - Connect a 15-pin D-Sub VGA cable (not provided) to the VGA output port of your PC as well as to the VGA port on the rear of your Pantel TV. - Connect the red and white RCA cables to your PC’s audio out ports and to the VGA/audio ports on the rear of your Pantel TV.

Page 20: Digital Wireless Transmitter Kit
The wireless transmitter is used on the video source side, such as a DVD, VCR, PVR, STB or BS. The wireless receiver is built directly into the TV unit. In addition, IR remote control function makes it easy to operate. - Page 21 - Automatic hopping function for optimum channel selection up to 4 channels. - NTSC/PAL/SECAM automatic recognition and operation function. - Multiple transmitters can be pair lined with one TV unit. Pantel’s wireless is used as a convenience, and sends standard definition, to fully utilize the capabilities of your Pantel TV, hardwire into one of the many inputs the Pantel TV carries. 3. How can I secure my TV? There are various solutions for this ranging from wired alarm systems, to Pantel locking screws. - Page 30 8. Do the fans always stay on? Yes and no. Your Pantel TV has two separate sets of fans. One quieter set will run whenever your television is turned on. If it is the first time you have used a cleaner, test a small patch on the back of your unit before using. Household glass cleaner should be sufficient to clean the glass of your Pantel TV. -
