Replace Control Unit

Zündapp Z808
These brief instructions should help you to replace the control unit on your bike. To
do this, please proceed as follows:
First unlock the battery lock with the key provided and
remove the battery from the battery holder.
Dismantle the upper battery mount. To do this, you
must completely unscrew five screws with a standard
screwdriver.
You can then remove the upper battery mount from
the frame.
Let them hang down the frame temporarily.
Dismantle the lower battery holder. To do this, you
have to completely unscrew three screws with a
standard screwdriver.

Pull the power supply cables (red and black cables) down slightly out of the frame opening and unplug this connection. In order to pull out the cables downwards, it is helpful if you push these cables from above.
