Inspect each part for defects that may have occurred during shipping. Keep your receipt and these instructions for proof of purchase. Page 5 Assembly instructions Assemble the shade □ Carefully organize and place all parts on a smooth, flat surface. line up all of the parts according to the assembly diagram. □ Place the shade (A) onto the stand (B) and then adjust the shade (A) to get the desired position.
Page 6 Assembly instructions (continued) Install the bulb □ Prior to installing the bulb, inspect socket for silica packet. If packet is present, then remove and throw away. Do not expose it to children or pets. □ Install one 120V, 60Hz, 60-watt max. medium-base type Fan/Appliance bulb (not included) into the socket of the spot light.
