- Page 3 OS keep the backup HDD storage still in “Ejected” state even restart PC after shut down, and this situation cause the “Cannot find the backup HDD” issue of TFC-1000 system as the error message shows in next page.
- Page 4 Root cause: With “Fast Startup” enabled in Windows 10 OS: - To choose to shut down PC might look like PC already completely shutting things down, but in reality, PC is entering a mix between a shutdown and hibernation. A hibernation file is indeed used.
