Polyurethane Cleaner PS1 is a cleaning solvent used to dissolve
uncured polyurethane adhesive.
Polyurethane Cleaner PS1 is used to remove uncured
polyurethane adhesive at job site.
Note: The following technical information and data should be
considered representative or typical only and should not be used for
specification purposes.
1. Before using, don appropriate safety gear (rubber gloves and eye
protection), use with adequate ventilation and keep away from
open flame or other heat source.
2. Test a small area of the roofing membrane to be sure the PS1
cleaner will not attack it.
3. When cleaning the disposable nozzle from the dispenser remove
the nozzle from the dispenser and spray a liberal amount of
solvent into the throat of the nozzle. Use caution not to allow
large amounts of solvent to saturate roofing membrane.
4. Never use PS1, water or any other cleaning agent to flush
chemical from dispenser hose.
Highly flammable aerosol toxic gas. Keep away from heat, flame or
other sources of ignition, avoid contact with skin or eyes. Avoid
breathing of vapor or spray mist. Deliberately concentrating and
inhaling of vapor of the contents may be harmful or fatal. Harmful if
swallowed. Use in well ventilated areas only. Do not puncture,
incinerate or store can above 120°F(49°C).
Empty or partially used cans should be disposed of in accordance with
local, state and federal regulations. Consult ICP Adhesives' SDS for
more information.
