- Page 3 Assembly and Figure 1 Operating Instructions Gear Shaft Assembly Step 1 Mount reel onto machine by grasping it firmly and lifting it up so that the back center of the hub aligns with the main gearbox shaft. Slide reel all the way onto shaft.
