INSTALLATION STEPS 1. Prepare and check the concrete slab : A. The slab must respect a flatness of +- ¼'' over the entire surface. B. The slab must exceed the size of the walk-in by 6'' on the perimeter. C. The compressive strength of the concrete shall be of 28 MPA. 2. -

3. Sealing ceiling panels seams : A. Completely remove the protective film on all ceiling panels. B. Over a clean and dry surface, apply aerosol primer at every panel seam (approx. 9’’ wide) taking care of protecting the surrounding exposed metal. Protect using cardboard or by partially removing the protective film over the upper part of the wall panels onto which the membrane will then be applied. -
