PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The table lamp RTL 203/204 is a smart product. Simply designed, it emits great light with selectable color temperature. The dominant feature is the built-in wireless charging based on the principle of induction, which is compatible with all phones and devices with a Qi interface. In addition, the lamp is equipped with an integrated LCD display with clock, thermometer and calendar. An additional benefit is the USB output connector, which allows charging in a conventional way via a cable.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Pay attention to warning note when putting the product into operation to avoid damage to health or property. The product is not a toy intended for children! Only clean with a damp cloth dipped in water, do not use any detergents or solvents. Cleaning and maintenance must not be performed by children. Before using, make sure that the voltage in your power supply corresponds to the product voltage of the product adapter. The lamp is suitable for use only indoors. Before any handling of the lamp or carrying out maintenance and service, it is necessary to disconnect the lamp from the power supply! The LED source in the lamp is not replaceable. Do not interfere with the product's internal connections. In the event of damage to any part of the device, discontinue it s use immediately. ATTENTION! This product contains a coin cell battery. Swallowing the battery can cause serious injury or death in just 2 hours. If the battery is swallowed, seek immediate medical attention!

PACKAGE CONTENTS

• Lamp, manual, power adapter, coin cell battery

START-UP

• Remove the lamp from its packaging and place it on a flat surface.
• Plug the supplied power adapter into a standard 230 V mains and insert the connector on the cable into the socket (do not use an adapter other than the one supplied in the package!)
• The first time you connect, you will hear an acoustic clock signal, press the up or down button ()
• Press the (A) button with the symbol to turn on/off the lamp, then press repeatedly the same button to set the light intensity.
• Hold down the (A) button to change the color temperature of the light (with the light on).
• Press the (F) button with the symbol to turn on/off the night light in the base of the lamp and set its brightness' intensity.

CLOCK SETTING

• Press the (S) button on the back of the lamp and the hour digit will start flashing. A pictogram indicating time mode appears .
• Set the desired hour using the () buttons.
• Press the (S) button again and the minutes will start flashing. To set the minutes use again ().
• Press the (S) button again to set the date. To set the date use again the () buttons.

ALARM SETTING / SNOOZE FUNCTION

• On the back of the lamp, find and press the "M" button to activate the alarm mode.
• The pictogram appears on the display.
• Press the "S" button and the clock will start flashing. Use () to set the required hour.
• Press the (S) button again and the minutes will start flashing. Use again () to set the alarm clock minutes.
• Press the (S) button again and the snooze minutes will start flashing. Use () and set minutes.
• Press the (S) button again and the number "1" below the minutes will start flashing. Use () to change the alarm ringtone.
• In the alarm clock mode use () to activate the alarm/snooze function. If the „Active tone" or the „Snooze on" icon appears on the display, the function is on.

SNOOZE

• Press the () buttons to activate the snooze function.
• Press the (S) button to turn off the alarm.

CHANGING THE DISPLAY MODE

• Press the () button to switch the display of the temperature units between °C or °F.
• Press () to switch between the 24 or 12 hour format.

WIRELESS CHARGING

• Place a device that supports the "Qi" wireless charging format on the (G) mark on the base of the lamp. If the charging phase starts successfully, the red indicator light (H) comes on to indicate that the charging process is in progress. If the red light is flashing, the charging did not start yet and you need to align the device more to the center of the (G) mark. You can also visually check the start of charging on the display of the device, where charging is usually shown (it varies depending on the operating system and the specific device).
• If the LED is flashing and it did not help to align the charging device to the center of the mark (G) on the lamp, make sure you do not have a plate for the magnetic holder on the back of the device. In this case, wireless charging cannot be used. In this case, remove the plate and try the charging process again.
• If wireless charging does not start, check with the manufacturer or distributor of your device to see if it is compatible with wireless charging according to the "Qi" standard.
• The indicator light does not provide any information about whether the device is fully charged.
• THE DEVICE MAY HEAT UP DURING THE CHARGING PROCESS. THIS IS ENTIRELY NORMAL. CHARGING TIME DIFFERS ACCORDING TO THE CAPACITY OF THE BATTERY OF THE CHARGED DEVICE AND THE LEVEL OF ITS DISCHARGE.

USB OUTPUT

• The lamp has a USB connector (L) type A (female) on the back of the base (next to the power connector) which can be used to charge devices that do not support the "Qi" standard. The lamp can charge a maximum of two devices at once (one wirelessly, the other via a USB cable)
• The maximum output current of the built-in USB connector is 2.1 A (5 V)
• Actual charging current may vary depending on the connected device.
• Always use only original cables supplied by the device manufacturer, or their manufacturer-approved alternatives. Otherwise, the device or the lamp may be damaged. In this case, the statutory warranty will not be recognized.

DISPLAY BACKLIGHT INTENSITY

• Press the button „Display" to change the display backlight intensity located above the buttons (S) and (M). The intensity setting can be made in the values of approximately 100% - 50% - off.

BATTERY REPLACEMENT

• This lamp uses a standard CR2032 coin cell battery to back up the set date / time, in the event of a power failure.
• The backup coin-cell battery slot (K) is located on the back of the lamp.
• Unscrew the lid cover with a suitable Phillips screwdriver. The coin cell battery must be installed with the "+" symbol facing up (flat side). Observe the warnings above in the SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS section!
• Battery disposal must be in accordance with local regulations regarding hazardous waste handling. Do not burn the battery!
