This warranty is not applicable in any of the following cases:
1.
The product is not operated or installed according to instructions/specifications
given in the Operating Instruction Booklet/User Manual, or labels attached to the
Module(s)
2.
Defects caused by misuse, improper or reckless/abnormal use, customer abuse,
improper or incorrectly performed maintenance, operation or modification not in
accordance with LG's instructions, which shall be determined by the company
personnel. Defects caused due to reasons beyond control like rodent/ insect
infestation, acts of god, and while in transit to service centre or purchaser's
residence.
3.
The warranty is not valid in case, the serial number is deleted, defected or altered.
Damage to the product or any part/s due to inappropriate handling during storage,
transportation or shifting is not covered by warranty.
4.
This warranty shall not cover any consequential or resulting liability, damage or
loss to property or life arising directly or indirectly out of any defect in the Water
Purifier.
5.
The additional warranty on Stainless Steel Tank will expire after 10yrs from the date
of purchase.
