    1 : D IGURE EVICES CREEN explained in Section 4.2. Multiselect allows to select multiple devices at once and proceed to obtain logs from all of them. Delete devices deletes all listed devices with an option to undo this after deletion. Refresh device tries connect to all listed devices and gets current data from them. Send files sends files to ftp server as configured in settings 5.7.1.

    The top section of the navigation drawer contains an option to access the Device list screen described in section 7.1. First item in the bottom section is the SIRT connection button that allows to quickly connect to the SIRT or to go to the SIRT settings.     Save and test button in this dialog About The About screen contains information about Sensus and also information about the open-source licenses used in the application. It can be seen in Figure 9. The information in this screen is interactive.

    IGURE ABOUT SCREEN Collecting logs The following chapters explain how the endpoints may be selected for the log collection and how to configure which data will be collected. Devices Endpoints , their logs are going to be collected must be added to a Device list. User may add devices using the floating Action (+) button in the bottom right corner of the screen.

    Add device When this option is selected an input dialog to insert a meter address (shown on Figure 11) is opened. The radio address is expected to be in the decimal format with or without dashes. A warning is displayed if the inserted address has incorrect format. The meter is added to the Device list when the Add meter button is pushed.

    Import meters from file This allows to add all meters from a csv file to device list. The format of the file must consist of one column with meter addresses. When option is selected new dialog window is opened and user has to insert the name of the file from FTP (Figure 13).

  • Page 20 16: L IGURE OG SCREEN The screen is divided into two sections, one for Data logger and another for Fixed date reading. Information about current log related status of the meter and log controls is shown in both sections. The Data logger view shows the current Logging interval and Time of last reset time values. The Fixed date reading view shows the current Day of month and Time of last reset time values.

If some data was collected it is saved to a CSV file. The user can also go back to the list and start log collecting for another meter. The application can handle multiple downloads in parallel.

    7.2.1 Send results When the collection process finishes the log data is saved into CSV files. The Log data is saved into a file with a LOG prefix and the FDR data is saved into a file with an FDR prefix. One row of the file represents one data record.

    23: T IGURE EMPLATE MANAGEMENT 24: T IGURE EMPLATE DIALOG WINDOW 7.3.1 Save template Save template option allows to save current settings under a filled name in the dialog window to the device database. When user saves template under an existing template name, existing template will be replaced by the newly created one ( Figure 25).

    7.4.2 Graph The graph has two y axis which display Volume and Consumption values. Volume represents a line chart that displays each value of counter from the file. Consumption represents a bar chart that displays values which is difference between two successive counters. Graph can be seen in the figure 29.
