OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Air Frying
1. Plug in the unit.
2. The " " button will appear. Press the [
selections.
3. The unit will default to the left air fry basket by displaying the [L] button. To adjust time
and temp, skip to step 7.
4. To make selections for the right air fry basket, press the [R] button skip to step 7.
5. If cooking the same food in both left and right chambers, or if cooking time/
temperature is the same for both chambers, select [L=R] button.
6. To have both the Left and Right chambers complete cooking at the same time
regardless of the differing time in each chamber, select the [
7. Make desired cooking selections using the [ ] and [ ] arrow buttons to adjust the
Temperature [
(located on the right side of the control panel).
Note: If preheating is not required, skip to step 9.
8. If preheating the air fryer is desired, ensure that only the air fry tray is in the air fry
basket, push the basket securely into the air fry chamber and press the preheat button
[ ] prior to pressing start [

9. Using the handle, pull the basket out of the air fryer chamber and put food in the air
fry basket.
a) Caution: if preheated, the air fryer chamber, basket, and tray will be HOT.
10. Push the basket securely into the air fry chamber. Ensure to carefully align the basket
to the chamber.
a) Note: The Left basket will fit perfectly in the Left chamber, and the Right
basket will fit perfectly in the Right chamber. The baskets cannot be used
interchangeably.
11. Press Start [
Note: If already preheated, the unit will automatically start the countdown timer after
the basket has been placed back into the air fryer chamber. If there is no interaction
with the air fryer within the first minute, the countdown timer will automatically start
the cooking cycle.
Caution: Air Fry basket, chamber, and tray will get hot during preheating and
cooking. Always hold the basket by the handle.
12. Some food types may require flipping halfway through the cook time, in this case, the
unit may beep as a reminder to flip the food displaying the words "FLIP" across the
control panel. Quickly and carefully pull open the basket using the handles and flip
or shake the food, then push the basket securely into the air fry chamber to continue
cooking cycle.
