To see the time

The watch face is activated by gently turning your wrist
towards you. Alternatively, lightly press the power button

for 1 second.

To trigger an alert

Firmly press the large upper button for 1-2 seconds
until the watch vibrates and you hear a beep tone. The

watch face now shows a 5 second countdown, which
allows you to end a false alarm. If you do not end the

alarm, a red alarm symbol appears on the watch face
and the alarm goes out to your helpers.
