1 - OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Place the item on a flat surface. To avoid
accidental folding, before use make sure
that the item is completely open and that the
leg of the chair is fully blocked in the plastic
security joint (see picture).
IMPORTANT: In order to use this item in
utter safety, ensure it is correctly open as
per the instructions. FIAM disclaims any
liability in the event of disputes caused by
failure to comply with this recommendation.
2 - CONDITIONS FOR USE
This product is only for private and leisure
use. FIAM disclaims any liability and any
warranty in the event of professional use
not agreed beforehand.
The item is designed and made for
"normally foreseeable" use, which involves:
- Adhering to the load it has been designed
for, i.e. 100 kg maximum dynamic load.
Simultaneous use by two people is to be
avoided, even only to momentarily or
partially rest against it.
- Sitting gently on the chair, without letting
yourself drop into it.
- Use by children being monitored by adults.
- Regular maintenance of the item
and periodic checks, and if required,

replacement of the parts subject to wear.
- Storing the item away from weathering in
a dry place when not in use.
It is recommended not to leave the product
exposed to water for a long time and to dry
it in the sun if that should happen, ensuring
no water is left standing within the structure.
Normal wear (i.e. scratching, rust,
discolouring) of the parts exposed to
weathering or subject to movement, cannot
be considered a manufacturing defect.
3 - WARRANTY
This FIAM product has been designed to
give you the highest degree of satisfaction
and safety. It is guaranteed for two years
against any manufacturing defect. This
warranty does not cover misuse of the
product (see conditions of use). Having
ascertained the defect, FIAM shall provide
the replacement parts, repair or replace the
product free of charge.
4 - HOW THE WARRANTY WORKS
If your product is defective contact:
- Your usual shop, which will assure
technical support.
- Should the shop be unable to solve the
problem, contact the FIAM Consumer
service directly.
Your complaint will be examined if proof
of purchase is provided therewith. Any
return of goods must be agreed with FIAM
beforehand.
5 - SPARE PARTS
The spare parts for perfect maintenance
of your armchair are available. The parts
subject to wear can be purchased from your
usual shop. Should you be unable to solve
the problem, contact the Fiam customer
service at customercare@fiam.it.
6 - OTHER PRODUCTS
FIAM offers a wide range of folding indoor
and outdoor furniture. The complete range
can be viewed on www.fiam.it, or at your
usual shop.
7 - APPROVAL
The product meets the general safety
requirements according to the European
standard EN581.

cran de sécurité en plastique prévu à cet

ouvert conformément aux instructions.
FIAM décline toute responsabilité en cas
de litige causé par le non-respect de cette
recommandation.
2 - CONDITIONS D'UTILISATION
Cet article est un article de loisir, réservé à un
usage domestique. La société FIAM décline
toute responsabilité et exclue toutes les
garanties en cas d'utilisation professionnelle
n'ayant pas été convenue au préalable.
L'article est conçu et réalisé pour un usage
classique, dans le respect des conditions
suivantes :
- Respecter la charge maximale de 100 kg.
Le produit ne doit jamais être utilisé
simultanément par deux personnes, même
en appui momentané ou partiel.
- S'assoir doucement, sans se laisser
tomber.
- L'utilisation par les enfants doit toujours se
faire sous la surveillance d'un adulte
- L'entretien et le contrôle réguliers de
l'éventuel remplacement des composants
sujets à l'usure.
- Stocker l'article à l'abri des intempéries
dans un endroit sec au cours des périodes
d'inutilisation.
- Ne pas exposer le produit trop longtemps
à l'eau, et le faire sécher au soleil en
vérifiant qu'il ne reste pas d'eau à
l'intérieure de la structure.
L'usure normale (légère abrasion, légères
traces de rouille, légère décoloration) des
parties exposées ou sujettes au mouvement,
ne peut être considérée comme un défaut
de fabrication.
3 - GARANTIE
Ce produit a été conçu par Fiam pour
vous offrir la plus grande satisfaction et la
sécurité maximale.
Il est garanti deux ans contre tout défaut de
fabrication.
Cette garantie ne concerne pas l'usage
impropre du produit (voir les conditions
d'utilisation).
Une fois le défaut vérifié, FIAM fournira
gratuitement les pièces de rechange,
réparera l'article ou remplacera le produit.
4 - FONCTIONNEMENT DE LA GARANTIE
Si votre produit est défectueux, contactez :
- Votre revendeur habituel
- Ou contactez le service après-vente Fiam
si le revendeur n'est pas en mesure de
résoudre le problème
Votre réclamation devra être accompagnée
de la preuve d'achat. Tout retour de
marchandise doit faire l'objet d'un accord
préalable de FIAM.
