Maintenance Recommendations

Finger stock gasket is used around the door for RF shielding.
Periodically you must inspect the finger stock to determine
if it needs to be cleaned or replaced. Replacement finger stock
is available from ETS-Lindgren (part# 890906).
To clean finger stock, use an aerosol lubricant to loosen any debris, and then low-pressure air
or another aerosol to remove the excess lubricant. Alternatively, a soft rag may be used to
remove dirt and excess liquid from the finger stock.

CONTACT ETS-LINDGREN PRIOR TO SERVICING. Servicing (or modifying) the
WARRANTY
unit by yourself may void your warranty. If you attempt to service the unit by yourself,
disconnect all electrical power before starting. There are voltages at many points in
the instrument that could, if contacted, cause personal injury. Only trained service
personnel should perform adjustments and/or service procedures upon this
instrument. Capacitors inside this instrument may still be CHARGED even when
instrument is disconnected from its power source.
