No matter it is in the studio or the OB vehicle system, the tally system is a very important component. How does it work? The ARRI Tally System Gen. 2 contains a so-called Host module, which normally mounted onto the 15mm rods and is thus located under the lens, and the so-called Client module, which is mounted on top of the operator's monitor. -

Installation and Operation Installation and Operation Installing the Tally Sensor Tally Sensor In standard use, the Tally Host module is triggered by a photocell. The photocell is located in the top module of the Tally Sensor Cable (K2.0010482).
