03 GET GOING IN-U SE POSITION Insert machine (forklift/telehandler) forks into the fork pockets. Secure the forks with retaining pins. Turn the machine OFF. Release the pressure to the auxiliary service. Connect the Powerbrush hydraulic hoses to the machine.

Check the brushes are visibly rotating and the hopper opens and closes fully. Never stand underneath the Powerbrush when lifted. Before use, make sure all 3 wheels of the Powerbrush are on the ground.

⚠ CAUTION HOT HOSES Disconnect the hydraulic hoses. STOR AG E POSITION Remove fork retaining pins and place them in the storage position. Retract forks from the fork pockets.

L U B R I C AT E T H E G R E A S E P O I N T S Using a grease gun, place the nozzle over each grease nipple and apply 3 pumps of lubricant. 1 grease point on the main brush bearing.
Never allow brick banding, barbed wire, or any straps to be picked up by the Powerbrush. These will damage the main brush and the motor seals. Keep the hydraulic hoses safely off the ground to avoid them getting damaged.
T R O U B L E W I T H T H E H Y D R A U L I C C O N N E C T I O N ? If you are having difficulties connecting the Powerbrush to your machine, it’s possible there is a pressure build-up in either the machine, or the Powerbrush itself.

E X P E R I E N C I N G H Y D R A U L I C L E A K S ? HOSE U NION Hydraulic fluid leaks from the external hoses of the Powerbrush, or the Kerb Brush can be caused by loose hose unions. Try tightening the unions.
