The Hotpoint TVF770 dryer vents moist air through a vent tube at the back of the dryer. The vent tube must be fitted securely to prevent humid air from being emitted back into the room. The tube should be kept as short as possible, and there must be adequate ventilation to avoid back flow of gases.
