Puretec recommends ﬂ ushing the pipe work with a suitable sanitiser such as Puretec TankSafe™ (for dosage refer to TankSafe™ product instructions) or with 2 cups (500ml) of a household bleach solution. UV lamp replacement is a quick and simple procedure requiring no special tools. The UV lamp must be replaced a er 18,000 hours of continuous operation (approximately two years) in order to ensure adequate performance.
