ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
Item No: STA11265
1.
Place the base (E) on a level surface.
2.
Place the shade (A) over the socket (C) and
tighten with the screws (D) securing
the shade (A) in place.
3.
Insert the bulb (B) into the bulb socket.
Uses (1) Maximum 15WATT Type "B" Bulb.
(Bulb not included).
Cleaning of your lamp
Unplug lamp, wipe with damp cloth.
Do not use abrasives.
