4.2.4 Add additional outputs
In the IoT Gateway OPC UA Server, the "Robot Companion Specification Part 1" is
implemented first. In addition, the robot inputs and outputs 0 to 63 (M_In(0)/M_Out(0) to
M_In(63)/M_Out(63)) can be accessed by default.
However, it is possible to add further inputs and outputs.
The following steps are necessary for this:

Export XML file
•
Add the required inputs or outputs to the XML file using a text editor.
•
Load the XML file back into the RD55-IBH module (the server is then automatically
restarted).
Export XML file
Depending on the browser, the file is then automatically saved in the "Download" folder or
you are asked for a destination folder.
Edit XML file
Open the downloaded file with a text editor and scroll it to the desired "Inputs" or "Outputs"
section.
