Hi We purchased a scan exam in 2020 from Australian Imaging. Last week a plate was put into the unit incorrectly and jammed. We called Dental Concepts (they used to look after our old digora unit) they came in a removed the plate which was bent. They inspected and tested – the test was done taking an image of a mirror which looked a bit lacking in contrast but ok. Later that day we put through a **** wing radiograph which was grainy an unreadable. We tested using other x-ray units to rule them out as the problem all images came out grainy and un-unusable. The technician from dental concepts came again and checked everything again and did not know what the issue was so took it back to be sent off for repair. They have now informed me that the company they use is no longer in business. I also tried Australian Imaging they seem to be out of business. I called Henry Schein Halas they very unhelpful and will not assist with the unit. Can you help at all?
