For recharging SV10.8 series lithium-ion battery packs. Compatible battery Model No's CP108VBP and CP108VBP4.

4. OPERATION
4.1.
BEFORE USE
4.1.1.
Remove any packing material and loose parts from unit.
4.1.2.
Check the accessories before use they need to be the correct type for your appliance.
4.1.3.
If the machine is new, the batteries must be charged before use.
4.2.
BATTERY CHARGER
4.2.1.
The voltage supply must conform to that specified on the rating plate of the rapid charger.
4.2.2.
Always inspect battery charger, mains lead and plug before use.
4.2.3.
Always have any damage repaired by a qualified Technician.
4.2.4.
Keep battery charger any from high humidity areas.
4.2.5.
The supplied charger is suitable for charging batteries only.
4.3.
CHARGING THE BATTERY
WARNING! Disconnect from mains supply before connecting or disconnecting the battery.
4.3.1.
To start the charging process plug the charger into the mains and insert battery or batteries.
4.3.2.
The battery and charger will become warm during the charging process, this is normal.
4.3.3.
When charging is finished unplug from mains supply and take out battery or batteries from charger.

L.E.D Indicator on charger: red indicates: charging. green indicates: charge finished. (fig1)
4.3.5.
The charger must be used only with rechargeable batteries.
DO NOT expose the charger to rain.

5. MAINTENANCE
WARNING! Always remove the battery before performing any maintenance.
5.1.
CARE AND CLEANING
5.1.1.
Keep the ventilation openings clear and clean the product regularly. Clean the housing only with a damp cloth-do not uses any
solvents! dry thoroughly afterwards.
WARNING!
5.1.2.
If something unusual occurs during use, switch off the charger and remove the battery or batteries. Inspect and repair the charger
before using it again.
5.1.3.
Repairs of the charger must only be carried out by a qualified repair technician.
NOTE: Ensure that the batteries are charged using the correct charger.

5.1.5.
After long time in storage, the battery capacity will be reduce and will require recharging. In order to maintain batteries capacity, we
recommend that only store fully charged batteries and top-up the charge from time to time. They should be stored in a dry and frost-
free place, the ambient temperature should not exceed 40˚C,and always keep the machine in dry place.
