Resizing the Pictures
This function is useful if you want to reduce
the file size of the picture in cases when it
needs to be attached to an e-mail or
uploaded to a website.
1 Select the picture and set it.

• The following pictures cannot be
resized.
– Pictures recorded in [
(640k480 pixels)
– Pictures recorded in [
(1920k1080 pixels)
– Motion images
– Pictures with audio
• It may not be possible to resize pictures
recorded with other equipment.
2 Select the size and set it.

are displayed.
• When the aspect ratio setting is [

– [ ]: 640k480 pixels
• When the aspect ratio setting is
[ ].
– [ ]: 1920k1080 pixels

• When you select [YES], the picture is
overwritten.
When resized pictures are overwritten,
they cannot be restored.
• When the original picture is protected,
you cannot overwrite the resized
