HOW TO USE HOW TO MAKE SAMOSA Delight in using a vriety of meats, cheeses and vegetables in your Samosa Maker. When using for the first time, wipe the surface of the plates with a damp cloth and dry with cloth, tissue, etc. The smear the plate with butter, margarine or cooking fat. - Page 11 RECEIPES HINTS FOR THE BEST RESULTS You can use your imagination and choose your favourite ingredients to create your very own homemade samosa. CLEANING & MAINTENANCE Before cleaning, unplug from the appliance and let the appliance cool down completely. Wipe the upper and base cooking surface plates with soft dry cloth, never use metal polish. Make sure to clean the edges of the plate also. Wipe the outside with only a slightly moistened cloth ensuring that not moisture, oil or grease enters the cooling slots.
