De SR 200-12/24 is een microprocessor gestuurd scheidingsrelais speciaal ontwikkeld voor het parallel opladen van een tweetal accu’s (of groepen). Onder bepaalde spannings- en timer voorwaarden zal het relais in- of uitschakelen. In de ingeschakelde stand staan de twee accu’s aan elkaar gekoppeld.
- Page 3 Kabeldikte Houd de kabels altijd zo kort mogelijk. Gebruik voldoende dikke (+) kabels, passend bij de lengte en maximale stroom die over deze kabels gaat. Meestal zal dit het vermogen van de dynamo zijn. Te dunne kabels kunnen voor spanningsverliezen zorgen. Dit heeft invloed op de juiste werking van het relais.
- Page 4 Na juiste aansluiting kunt u de minuspolen weer aansluiten. Belangrijk Controleer regelmatig de kabels en verbindingen. Houd de aansluitingen schoon en vervang beschadigde kabels direct. Na aansluiting zal het relais direct in werking treden en, afhankelijk van de gemeten waarden, dus in- of uitschakelen. Start assistentie functie Het relais heeft nog een extra aansluiting (pin 85) waar optioneel een signaal op aangesloten kan worden.

The specification table can be found in the appendix. The SR 200-12 / 24 is a microprocessor controlled separation relay specially developed for parallel charging of two batteries (or groups). Under certain voltage- and timer conditions the relay will switch on or off. Disconnection conditions The relay continuously measures the voltage when batteries are connected in parallel. The relay will disconnect at the pre-set voltage levels and timers (delay). See details in technical specifications. - Page 11 Kabeldicke Halten Sie die Kabel immer so kurz wie möglich. Verwenden Sie ausreichend dicke (+) Kabel, die für die Länge und den maximalen Strom geeignet sind, der über diese Kabel fließt. Normalerweise ist dies die Leistung der Lichtmaschine. Zu dünne Kabel können Spannungsverluste verursachen. Dies wirkt sich auf den korrekten Betrieb des Relais aus.
- Page 12 Nach dem richtigen Anschluss können Sie den Minuspol wieder anschließen. Wichtig Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig Kabel und Verbindungen. Halten Sie die Anschlüsse sauber und ersetzen Sie beschädigte Kabel sofort. Startassistenzfunktion Das Relais verfügt noch über einen Zusatzanschluss (Pin 85), an den optional ein Signal angeschlossen werden kann.
- Page 13 Batterien stoppt oder wenn die Spannung durch eine Entladung zu stark abfällt, unterbricht das Relais die Verbindung. Überspannungsschutz Wenn eine Spannung von >16Vdc oder >32Vdc gemessen wird, greift das Relais sofort ein. Diese Situation kann beispielsweise auftreten, wenn der Spannungsregler der Lichtmaschine oder des Batterieladegeräts defekt ist. Da das Relais sofort abschaltet, sind die andere Batterie und damit auch alle angeschlossenen Verbraucher gegen diese Überspannung geschützt.
