• DO NOT INSTALL DAMAGED PRODUCT! This product has been properly packed so that no parts should have been damaged during transit. Inspect to confirm. Any part damaged
or broken during or after assembly should be replaced.

during all installation or servicing of the unit.
√ Do not touch individual electrical components, as this can cause ESD and affect product performance.

In order to avoid the possibility of exceeding the FCC radio frequency
exposure limits, human proximity to the radiator shall not be less than
20cm during normal operation.

equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
1. Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
2. Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
3. Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
4. Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS AND DELIVER TO OWNER AFTER INSTALLATION
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Turn off power at circuit breaker.
2.
Install electrical box in accordance with state, local, and national electrical codes and
requirements.
3.
Remove lock washer and nut from the power pack.
4.
Insert the chase nipple into a ½" knock-out.
5.
Slide on the lock washer and tighten the nut to firmly secure the power pack to the junction box.
6.
Wire per the installation table shown to the right following state, local, and national codes and
requirements.
7.
For Chicago Plenum models only: connect the antenna with the gasket to the inside of the sealed
box with the retaining nut on the outside of the box.
8.
Install electrical box cover plate before restoring power.
