- Page 2 How to use the Man Down Power On/Off To turn the device on press and hold the power button until you see the blue and green LEDs come on for a few seconds and then begin flashing. To Power Off press and hold the power button until you hear 2 beeps.
- Page 3 Custom Timer To create a Custom Timer press and hold the phone button. Ending a call Press the phone button once or twice to end a call. Default Timer To create a Default Timer, press and hold the + button until the device vibrates.
