To save a peak on the Sonatest Sitescan D-10 machine, press the button to enter freeze mode, which holds an echo for evaluation. Press the button again to enter peak mode, which holds and updates all echoes on the display during inspection. In this mode, an envelope or echo dynamic pattern is drawn on the screen, allowing the peak signal to be located. A box labeled "PEAK" will be highlighted below the graticule to indicate this mode is active.
