1.概述
General Description
航行值班报警装置的目的是防止驾驶员在航行值班时不能履行值班职责而
使船舶处于无人操纵的危险局面发生。当上述情况出现时，航行值班报警装置将
产生一系列逐步延伸的报警直到引起相关人员的注意， 确保值班驾驶员履行值班
职责。
The purpose of the bridge navigational watch alarm system is to monitor
bridge activity and thus to detect operator disability which could lead to marine
accidents. In any case of operator disability, the bridge navigational watch
alarm system will generate a series of alarms in a gradually progressive mode
until caught attention by a certain relevant crew member to ensure the
responsibilities carried out by a crew member on duty.
