    You must take your BMS sports vehicle,along with your sales receipt or other proof of original purchase date, at your expense, to any BMS dealer who is authorized by BMS to sell and service that BMS product during his normal business hours. Claims for repair or adjustment found to be caused solely by defects in material or workmanship will not be denied because the vehicle was not properly maintained and used.
