Product Assembly - Options Assembly Options A Dumbbell Rack is traditionally known to be easy to assemble, even without directions. BUT the Trays are EXTREMELY Heavy and can cause injury. Thus the assembly recommendations will be to assemble laying the machine on its back. Then once assembled, bring up and forward to the upright position to full tighten all the hardware. -
