Page 2 Connect the two halves of the frame by the male ends of Part 1 to the  female ends of Part 2 and secure the frame by the push buttons. Attach the Castors Part 6 to the frame with the nuts Part 7. Place one washer Part 8 above the bottom bar and one washer Part 8 below the bottom bar as shown in the picture.
Page 3  Complete the garment rack by inserting the hanger bar to the frame as shown.  The side arms of the hanger bar may be extended for added storage place.
Page 4 When Storing Away.  To store your garment rcak, first remove the top hanger bar and then fold the side frames inward.  Fold the wheels back to rest the frame flat and then attach the hanger bar to the metal clips.
