DISASSEMBLY

When this manual refers to a part number, it refers to the included Parts List in the manual of the power
sweeper 8617409.
WARNING! Drain all fluids from the engine before performing any maintenance to the unit.
1. Support the power sweeper so that the tires are off of the ground and that the unit is supported
securely and a flat, stable surface.
2. Remove the circlip (94) using snap ring pliers (sold separately).
3. Use your hands to remove the tire from the shaft. The left and right tires have the same process
for removal.

ASSEMBLY

1. Install the new tires onto the shaft.
2. Replace the circlip (94) using the snap ring pliers. Repeat this process for the opposite side tire.
