    I N T R O D U C T I O N Introduction The Mowing Deck is a fully electric powered implement, specially designed for use in combination with the AllTrec 4810T and 8015F implement carriers. You can easy connect the implement to the AllTrec vehicle without tools.
  • Page 15: Intended Use

    Related to the attached Mowing Deck type, assembled onto the AllTrec vehicle, the Mowing Deck is only applicable for mowing grass. Use the Mowing Deck only for the work activity given above. The CE marking according to the system directive does not apply to other work activities.

    Fig. 1-2 Type plate location Warranty AllTrec guarantees the soundness of the products as to the material and/or manufacturing faults. The warranty is valid for one year, with a maximum of 1000 operating hours after the delivery date. The warranty does not include wear on the parts.

    Each mowing blade has its own mowing motor. The motor operates the blade directly at the necessary speed. The motor can be set from the AllTrec to a speed between 2000 and 3000rpm. The electric motor has an extended robust flange that supplies the motor shaft with sufficient support when loaded on the mowing blade.

    Coupling The Mowing Deck has two freely hinged couplings that can be easily connected to the lifting arms of the AllTrec vehicle. The coupling pieces have a plastic wear block on which the cutting height at the rear can be adjusted.

    D E S C R I P T I O N O F T H E S Y S T E M 2.2.11 Hydraulic system (MD270) Only the Mowing Deck MD270 has a hydraulic system to control the two wings. The system consists of a hydraulic unit that is electrically driven and a pump that is only activated when the wings are operated.

    The Mowing Deck can become detached from the trailer or truck during transport when the Mowing Deck is not correctly attached. If the Mowing Deck is not connected to the AllTrec vehicle, the Mowing Deck must be attached correctly with tension straps on the coupling arms (Fig.

    M A I N T E N A N C E 6.2.1 Cleaning CAUTION Remove large quantities of wire, rope, etc. around the motor shaft that can cause permanent damage to the motor. Regularly clean the underside (Fig. 6-2, pos. 1) of the Mowing Deck to prevent rust from large quantity of wet grass.

    Electrical system maintenance Do a check of the electrical system at a minimum of a year by an authorized AllTrec technician. Make sure that all the electrical connections of the electrical components are in good condition. There are two sensors, which senses the position of the wings. You have to replace or repair the sensors when they are broken or show signs of wear.

    If you are experiencing problems or malfunctions: contact your AllTrec dealer. If a problem in the control system occurs, you can read the AllTrec 4810T or AllTrec 8015F display communication. If the Mowing Deck stops working after a few seconds, always make sure that you do an operational check first to see if all the blades continue to turn freely and that there are no blockages.

    Environmental consequences The lifespan of the AllTrec depends on maintenance, operation hours, the use and environmental conditions (dust, pollution, humidity, temperature and the like). Correct maintenance increases the lifespan.
