package on the ground to prevent damage to the paint.

Preparation

1.After opening all boxes and packages, please read this introduction
carefully. Check that all required parts are included in the package. Inspect
boxes and packages for shipping damage. If the unit has been damaged,
has a finishing defect or has missing parts, please contact our customer
support department within 5 business days of the delivery date. Please
note that DELAVIN will not replace any damaged products or missing parts
free of charge after 5 business days or if the product has been installed.

2.Protect all major surfaces of the product during installation. Never place
boards directly on floors. Always put some soft protection under the
board (you can use the pearl cotton that comes with our package) to
prevent the rough ground from scratching the surface of the board.
3.We have marked the serial number for each board in the following
installation instructions, please find the corresponding board according to
the serial number before installation.
