1. Cross the steel plates (D) and
(E) as shown on figure.

4. Insert the cover (B) to the stem,
then put on the Tile.

2. Put on the rotation mechanism (C)
and secure to the steel plates with
steel bolts (c) of M8X30mm
by wrench (6mm)
5. Insert the cover ring (A) to the bottom of
umbrella pole first for easy installation purpose,
and then attach the umbrella pole to the stem.
