Abstract
This document provides guidance for using the META O.R.v3 Series Racks and
accessories

The user and safety information provided (i) in the leaflet "Important META User
Documentation" (the "Leaflet"), (ii) the Rack and Accessories Installation Manual
O.R.V3 (the "Manual") and (iii) on the web pages set forth on the leaflet ((i) – (iii)

life cycle to ensure a safe operation and handling of the product.
The recipient of the product shall ensure to forward the provisions set forth by the

publishes the revised version thereof on the webpages set forth on the leaflet.
If a product is sold or otherwise transferred to another recipient the original recipient
shall ensure that the product is accompanied by the Leaflet and the Manual.
The Instructions provide information, to set up a detailed operational, site specific
handling and education plan for the individuals handling the product. The information
contained in the Instructions has been prepared solely for the intended use expressly
authorised by the manufacturer in the Instructions. The manufacturer shall not be
liable for any damage suffered by any unauthorised use of the product.
The manufacturer has made every attempt to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the
information provided in the Instructions. However, the information is provided "as is"
without warranty of any kind. The manufacturer does not accept any responsibility or
liability for the accuracy or completeness of the information contained in the
Instructions. The manufacturer further assumes no liability for any injuries, damages,
violations of codes, improper installation, system failure, or any other damages
suffered that arise from the violation, negligence or concealment of the content

    Introduction This manual covers the installation and the customisation of the META O.R.V3 rack range. • The META O.R.V3 rack range is a non-ship loadable product, i.e., racks, with the supplied packaging (from Rittal) are not intended to be transported with integrated systems installed. For rack shipments configured with IT equipment installed in the rack, alternate rack shipment packaging must be used.

    Warning – Do not stand on or climb on top of the racks. The racks are not designed for this purpose. The addition of this symbol to a Danger or Warning safety label indicates that a crush hazard exists which will result in personal injury if the instructions are not followed.
