Operation Display Buttons & Indicators: (+) Increase Temperature. (-) Decrease Temperature After setting the temperature, the set temp will flash for 4 seconds and then return to the actual temperature. To change the unit into Degrees Fahrenheit , press and hold both the (+) and (-) for three second until the screen flashes. - Page 4 Power: Rocker I(ON)/O(OFF) switch Located on the left side of the display panel. The rocker switches will also illuminate when turned on. Heating: Default temperature = 100 C with a range of 0-100C. Please note the unit can only heat. Not cool. You can also manually adjust the amount of watts your Digiboil outputs.
