Brewing coffee
This coffee maker comes with a reusable filter.
A paper filter is not required.
1. Open the top lid A1.
2. Put 3 tablespoons of finely ground coffee or 4 tablespoons of regular ground coffee into A6.
3. Distribute the ground coffee evenly.
4. Place A6 into A7.
5. Place A67 into the brewing chamber A8.
6. Fill the water tank A2 with clean water.
7. Close A1.
8. Place Aq under the coffee spout A3.
9. Plug the power cable A5 into the power outlet.
Wait for 30 seconds after plugging in the power cable before switching on the product.
10. Switch the power switch Aw to I.
11. Press the start button A4 to start the brewing cycle.
A4 lights up during the brewing cycle.
Do not remove the top lid A1 while the brewing cycle is in progress.
12. Wait a few minutes after the brewing cycle has finished to allow all the coffee to drip into the
mug.
13. Allow the product to cool down.
14. Take A6 from A8.
15. Discard the used ground coffee.
16. Enjoy your coffee.
Pressing A4 does not cancel the brewing cycle once it has started. Unplug A5 to interrupt a
brewing cycle.
Maintenance
Before cleaning and maintenance, switch off the product and disconnect the power. Let the
product cool down for 10 minutes.
Clean the product after every use.
Cleaning the parts
1. Only A79q can be cleaned in water or dishwasher when removed from the product.
2. Wash A6 in hot water with soap.
Cleaning the housing
Clean the product regularly with a soft, clean, dry cloth. Avoid abrasives that can damage the
surface.
Do not use aggressive chemical cleaning agents such as ammonia, acid or acetone when cleaning
the product.
Do not open the product.
Descaling the product
Remove limescale every month.
1. Fill Aq with 1 part of white vinegar and 3 parts of water.
2. Pour Aq into A2.
3. Close A1.
4. Place Aq under A3.
5. Plug A5 into the power outlet.
