Description

The OK310 is a low voltage water pump controller featuring 3 independently
programmable 24V AC triac outputs and an input typically by a pressure switch. It
comprises 2 components, the relay control interface module, OK310T and the controller
OK100C. The controller and the Interface module are equipped with RS485
communication protocol. This system provides a complete pump control solution for
climate control platforms based on humidity or temperature feedback.
This solution allows fast installation and user friendly operation for OEM installations
versus PLCs with complicated programming and wiring schemes. When used with high
pressure water pumps, this solution typically integrates the following components;

Pump motor,

Pressure switch,

Intake valve solenoid,

Drain valve solenoid
The controller incorporates a NIST certified, humidity/temperature sensor with
exceptional accuracy.
The unit also features a total pump operation duration counter for maintenance and
statistics.
The relay control module communicates with the controller over RS485 communication
protocol.
The OK310 has 3 modes;
- Manual
- Humidity
- Temperature
These modes allow the system to control climate conditions and when the condition is
met, it gracefully stops the pump and drains water in the system until receiving next
triggering event by its built-in sensor or manual intervention.

Since the outputs use the same power source, installer ought to select a proper supply power rate by taking the relay/contactor coil total current requirements into account. For a typical cube relays/contactor combination, minimum power rate of 50VA transformer recommended.
