Take off
Turn on/off
• Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to tum on the device.
• Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to tum off the device.

Speed Adjustment

• Level 1 will be on by default when the device is tumed on.
• Each press will increase the speed to a higher level.
• When the speed reaches Level 3, press once more and the speed will return to Level 1.
Attention:
The device is equipped with 10 minutes of working timer to avoid damage to the muscle
and fascia caused by excessive massage.
