How to Use
COOK BY WEIGHT
Food must be defrosted and at refrigerated temperature.
1. Touch COOK BY WEIGHT.
2. Enter the 1-digit code.
3. Enter weight in pounds and ounces.
4. Touch START/STOP to start cooking.
5. Turn food over when cooking pauses and signal sounds. Touch START/STOP to
resume cooking.

1. Touch DEFROST BY WEIGHT.
2. Enter weight in pounds and ounces.
3. Touch START/STOP to start defrosting.
4. Turn food over when defrosting pauses and signal sounds. Touch START/STOP

SPEED DEFROST
1. Touch SPEED DEFROST.
2. Enter desired defrosting time.
3. Touch START/STOP to start defrosting.
4. After setting SPEED DEFROST, oven can be programmed to automatically
switch to 1 or 2-stage cooking.
A. To set 1-stage cooking, follow steps above, but before touching START/
STOP, touch COOK, enter time and power level. Then touch START/
STOP to start defrosting.
B. To set 2-stage cooking, follow steps above, but before touching START/
STOP, touch COOK, enter 2-stage cooking programs (see page 7).
Then touch START/STOP to start defrosting.

How to Use
CLOCK
This is a 12-hour clock. When the oven is plugged in or when power resumes after
a power interruption, the display will show ENTER CLOCK TIME. If you prefer to
not have the clock displayed, touch RESET. You can check the clock time while
cooking is in progress by touching CLOCK.
1. To set the clock, touch CLOCK.
2. Enter the correct time. You must touch at least 3 numbers to set the clock
(1 number for hour and 2 numbers for minutes).
3. Touch CLOCK again and time is set.
RESET
Press to clear all previous settings.
START/STOP
Press to start or cancel an operation or setting.
QUICK COOK BUTTONS
POPCORN
1. Touch POPCORN.
2. POPCORN automatically sets the cooking time (2 minutes, 30 seconds) for a 3
to 31/2 oz. bag of microwave popcorn.
3. Touch START/STOP to start cooking.
4. To change the preset POPCORN time, touch POPCORN twice. Enter minutes
and seconds. Touch START/STOP. This new cooking time will be the new
default whenever you use the POPCORN setting.
BAKED POTATO
1. 4- to 6-oz. potatoes: touch POTATO once, enter number of potatoes, touch
START/STOP to start cooking.
2. 8- to 10-oz. potatoes: touch POTATO twice, enter number of potatoes,
touch START/STOP to start cooking.
